I don't know about you, but I like to prepare for things. Like even though its the middle of July I have started to buy things for the fall and for school. Crazy right? Well....it's perfect for those who have to or like to do things on a budget. Because let's face it, jeans/denims are the same every year. No matter how you look at it, whether you're buying "last seasons" or "this seasons" jeans they look the same, only the price is different. I would rather pay the last seasons price if you ask me. Who wants to spend $20-$60 on pants? That aren't anything special.
Well...let me tell you what I found. On a whim I ordered some jeans/denims and a pair of jeggings from Target. Now, if you've got a butt or thighs you know how nerve wracking this is. Especially in the waist, you never know if they are going to be big enough to go over your butt or thighs. Or the other problem I encounter a lot is, if they fit will you have the big gap in the waist? I hate having to constantly pull up my jeans. Or when you sit down pray that your ass is not hanging out. I know I am not the only one out there.
Fear no more! I found jeggings and straight jeans, both curvy to be exact.
I have an ass, love it or hate it, its there and I can't do anything about it. I'm lazy. I'm sure you all have figured that out by now. Here's the kicker....I paid only $9.96 with tax and shipping. Okay...shipping was free because I have the target debit card. But I got 5% off, which is like $0.49 but still it's money off! That's almost a pack of gum, right? These jeggings! Oh my gosh these jeggings. I wore them to the grocery store. I bent down without worrying about my ass hanging out. These pants were so comfortable I love them. They are a light wash, which I don't typically go for because I feel like they make me look fatter. But I really, really liked these. The material isn't irritating, I don't feel like I'm going to rub a hole in the thighs. We've all been there...it happens. They are by far not cheaply made. They are a very good blend of whatever they are. Honestly they feel more like stretchy skinny jeans than leggings.
$9.78
This is the other pair that I bought. I love a nice dark wash jean, just as much as the next girls. I haven't gotten them in yet, but I am anxiously awaiting them. Even though I am half tempted to order myself another pair of the light wash jeggings. Though I will say that I don't understand why they have such a thin model showing off curvy jeans. Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the model's size. I would have just like to see them on someone my size. A mid-sized girl. This is another pair that with tax and shipping it was only $9.96.
$9.78
These are also mid-rise even though it doesn't say it in the title? But in the description, it says they are mid-rise.
I purchased these as well. I mean...I might as well, right? I should be set for this winter then. I can get rid of all those uncomfortable jeans and wear these and leggings. I know I'm not the only one that goes for comfort over style. Okay...maybe not always, but its true. I'm getting to that point in my life where comfort tops cute.
Well...now all I need is a pair of really good distressed jeans.
