Survived!

I'm sure you all will be happy to know I survived Dave & Buster's!

I know everyone was really worried about that.

We completely and utterly had a blast. I was not expecting that. The services was wonderful, food was phenomenal and the games were .... well games. A fortune was spent but it's worth it to see them so happy. I am happy to report I have a pretty good amount of the Star Trek cards from that coin game. Which I feel I should report, that is where I parked my ass nearly the entire time. Once you get into the rhythm you can't just stop. I've got Limited Edition and the regular. I doubt I will turn them in for the tickets, just because they are pretty cool.

Other than all of that, my weekend was pretty relaxed. I finished Dividing Eden by Joelle Charbonneau (check out my review if you feel so inclined) this weekend. I loved it. I'm still struggling with The Beautiful One's by Sylvia Moreno-Garcia. Honestly I don't know why, it seems like a good book. I for some reason I just can't get into it. I'm about 9 chapters in and still its a bit of struggle. I'm hoping I can tackle it this week. If anyone has any suggestions on how to handle moments like this, let me know.

Did everyone watch GOT last night? Oh my gosh! So much is going on in Westeros and its only the beginning. I have to say that was one of the best battle scenes I've seen. Though as always someone has got to screw things up. I don't know about you, but sometimes I just want to strangle certain characters. Especially last night, I so was hoping that for once someone would actually step up and do the right thing. But alas jumped ship so to speak and has put a huge gap in the plans to save the Seven Kingdoms.
